Recovery and Todyay.

My recovery was OK, but painful. I am all better now. I can breath so much better.

Well, away from pain and back to pleasure, this is me in front of the Todyay train. I am going with my owner to her  Little Flowers annual camp. The two girls in the photo are Eva(left) and Kate(right). The purple bag in the picture is my owner's. 

This is me on the train. It is a very nice train. It has bag racks, comfy seats and even sick bags in case you get train sick! 

This is Patchy. He is a friend that I met on the train. He is very nice and he belongs to Mary. 

The view out of the train window is so cool. Patchy is watching it with me. I like Patchy.

Operation.

Hello Everyone. I am at the hospital. I am going to have my adenoids and tonsils out. This is admission, where you let the doctors know you are here. My operation is today and I will be staying the night at the hospital. I am at Murdoch St John of God. I am feeling a little bit nervous, but not too much. It is 6.30 in the morning and I can't eat anything till after the operation. I am fasting so I am STARVING.

I have just had my operation. My throat is a bit sore but I have had a lot of pain killers,  so it is not too sore. I am still a bit woozy from the anesthetics. I am wondering what pain is yet to come. Boy am I hungry.

Lunch time. I am sooooooooooo hungry. Unfortunately  my throat is sore so I can't eat much. The Milo smoothie I ordered was heavenly. I also had a jesters meat pie, mashed potato (yum!), bread roll, ice-cream  soup (yuck!).

Ted is keeping me company while I am resting. I have to wear this clip on my paw. It measures something, I don't know what (I think it is my oxygen levels and heart rate). After I came home from the hospital, I lost 4 kilos from under-eating, and got dehydrated. On the Monday after the operation, my owner said that I had to start eating properly again. On the first day, I couldn't eat without crying because it hurt so much!!!!!!! In my next blog I will tell you about my recovery.

Peek-a-boo. My owner didn't expect this sort of mail. You should have seen her jump!!!! Then she laughed and pretended to spank us.

Guinea-pig.

G-day mates. This is my owners guinea-pig, Clover. Scrap and I are making our acquaintance with him. He is still only a baby.  

We are now in Clover's  cage. He is a little bit scared of us. We all think he is a fine little Guinea-pig. 

Sand Play.

Hello, hello, hello, hello. How are you all? So sorry that I have not posted in AGES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Well, we are all playing in the sand pit at my owners house. This is Scrap and Binks sand soup. Or you could say that we are taking a sand spa. 

This is all of us. We are buried in the sand up to our necks. We dug a BIG hole, got in the hole and buried ourselves in it. We had great fun. 

Now we are rolling down a sand hill. We have already done it 17 times!!!!!! You should try it some time.

Hi. So Sorry that I have not posted in such a long time. The school hols caught me by surprise. Well,  this is  the party table for Narla's b-day party. It was a fairy-tale party. You had to dress up as a fairy tale character.These were our costumes.
 

Swimming Stars.

Hello to you. Today, Scrap and I are swimming in our pool. As you can see, Scrap has got the floating ring and I have the body board. It is a lovely pool.  

This is our personal water slide. We are sliding down it. It is sooooooooooooo fun.

Beach days

Hello once again my fellow blog lookers. We are at Rockingham beach for our friend Tina's birthday. We are looking out at the sea.

We are now building a sand castle. I am shaping it, Scrap is digging for more wet sand and My owner is taking the photo. Don't you think we are the best sand castle builders ever? 

Collecting shells is so much fun, it's lots of fun for every one. Hey! I'm a poet and I didn't even know it. Oh no! I now rhyme all the time!!!!!!

Hello once again, my fellow blog lovers. I'm sooooooo super sorry that I have not put a post on my blog for so long. We have been home for at least a month now!!!!! Well, this is a good time to start telling you about my most recent adventures. This is a dog pyramid. Narla and I are on the bottom, Choco and Scrap are next up, Barkly is second to the top and Ben is at the very tipity top. 

We are now swinging on my Uncle MJM's swing. It is a baby swing so it has a tray on it so children won't fall out. My uncle actually uses my owner's swing, so he lets us use his swing.

Engelbrecht Caves

Hello to you. Today we are at Englbrecht caves. This is a photo of a scary rock formation . It looks like a grinning face in the roof of the cave. The cave above ground is crossed by 6 major roads and there are 12 houses on top of the cave. My uncle CVM saw the rock face first.

This is me looking up a solution hole. It is made by slightly acidic water working it's way up through the rock to form a hole. They are amazing!!!! 

Owl!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Ow!ow! ow! ow! ow! Please help me get away from this owl before he eats me!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! (JUST JOKING)  This is a owl statue that we saw at the start of a nature trail. It made me jump so high in fright that I got stuck in a tree!!!!!!!!!

Blue Lake.

Hi Everyone. I am looking at the Blue Lake. It is blue because of dissolved minerals in the water. In a few days the lake will not be blue anymore and will stay not blue till November. So we only just saw it being blue. My owner brought some blue water for a souvenir.

Cave Gardens.

Hello to you. This time my owner didn't forget me!!!!!!!!!!! This is a photo of me at the Cave Gardens.  I wasn't allowed to get to close to the edge because I might of fallen off and you were not allowed to go in the hole so I would be trespassing.

I am looking through a tree down into the Cave Gardens .

This is a wishing well. Guess how deep it was? It was only about 20 cm deep!!!!!! it didn't even have any water in it! It was still quite cute though.

Mt. Lofty.

Hello guys. Today it is me, Binks' owner, typing because I forgot to take him on this adventure. Sorry! Today we went to Mt. Lofty for the morning. The view from the top was spectacular! We were going to go yesterday but it was so foggy that the photo on Google was a photo of white nothing. 

This was the monument at the top of Mt. Lofty. I can't remember who it was for though. It was very big.

A Ferry.

A Queasy hello to you. This is a ferry that we went on.It took us from lucky bay across the Spencer Gulf  to a town that I can't remember the name of!!!!! Our car went too!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! My owner was very sea sick. So was her mother. Her dad gets very sea sick but it was flat compared to what he had been on so he was not sick. The sea was so bumpy that they almost had to cancel the trip!!!!!!!!  

This is me at the other end of the Spencer Gulf. I was in my owners back-pack the whole time so I didn't see much.  

Tod River Reservoir.

Hello to you. Today I am at Tod River Reservoir. It is a dam that supplies water to lots of places, including Ceduna. For your information, Ceduna is about 386 km away from Tod River. 

Now I am in the Tod River Museum. This is a model house showing how your house taps work. It is just Ben's size.   

Koalas.

Grunt, grunt. It's me again. This is me at Glen-Forest Tourist Park. I got this  photo taken when the koala got fed.  His name is Blinky-Bill. I remembered to ask. He was nearly as big as my Uncle MJM!!!!!!!

Maritime Museum.

Ahoy there. Today we went to a Maritime Museum. The Building used to belong to 2 men called Axel and Frank.  I am very proudly steering this wheel.

This is a boat is called the "Dolphin" My owner had a photo in this boat.

This is Frank's old typewriter. It is a bit broken so it doesn't work. 

I am in Axel and Franks kitchen. On my left is the kitchen table and on my right is the stove. 

This is a dummy of Frank. When I went in the room it gave me a shock.

This is a manual bench press drill. I am trying to wind it, but I can't reach It. 

This is an old telephone booth. I am trying to ring my friend but it won't work. I am hanging over the speaker to talk and my ear is stretched out to try to hear any voice.

I am in the blacksmiths forge. I am trying to lift the sledge hammer to bash metal on the anvil. The sledge hammer is a million times my weight so I can't lift it.
